CLIENT POLICIES

Reschedules & Cancellations:


We understand that life happens and that you may not be able to keep your appointment.  We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours of notice, in these circumstances.  Last-minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ leave gaps in our stylist’s schedule that we are unable to fill in without sufficient notice.  Thank you for considering your stylist’s time, as well as helping us better serve you and your fellow clients.

Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services.  ‘No shows’ will result in limited scheduling abilities for future bookings, as well as a 100% service charge for the missed appointment.

Scheduling services totaling $300+ or reserving 3+ hours requires a $50 deposit. The deposit will be used toward your services on the day of your appointment.  Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will result in the loss of the deposit.  Deposits are nonrefundable.

Home Care Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with the home care you purchase from us.  If you would like to try another product, your purchase can be exchanged for another, at any time within 30 days.  For a refund, the product must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase.  The refund will match the original purchase price.

Guarantee:
Our goal is to provide you with beautiful hair that makes you happy.  If you are unsatisfied with any result, please notify us within 5 days of your initial appointment.  We are happy to make complimentary adjustments within 2 weeks of the original service date.  Due to the nature of our industry, and that all services require our stylist’s time, we do not offer refunds for our services.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards may be purchased in the salon or by phone.  Gift cards may be redeemed for services and Home Care.  Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
